Description

The VT405 Current converter transmits measured current data from the Hall meters to the Vutlan monitoring device.

This plug-and-play transceiver easily connects to any analog port of Vutlan monitoring units or VT408 analog port extension.

Monitoring AC current

  • Electrical Panel Current Monitoring: Measures load current from Hall effect transducers installed on feeders and circuits, enabling remote supervision of power consumption and overload detection
  • Industrial Equipment Monitoring: Supervises motors, pumps, compressors, and production machinery to detect operational changes and unexpected load variations.
  • Overload Detection: Generates alarms when current exceeds predefined thresholds, helping prevent equipment damage and power interruptions.

Monitoring DC Current

  • DC Power Distribution Monitoring: Measures load current from DC Hall effect transducers installed on battery strings, DC busbars, and distribution lines, enabling remote supervision of power consumption, overload detection, and circuit health.
